1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the ph443 website, mobile web interface, and all gaming, betting, wallet, and support services offered under the ph443 brand at ph443.cam.
• "User" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has registered a valid account with ph443 and is authorized to access the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and complete, and you agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph443 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph443 reserves the right to close all accounts found to be associated with a single individual and to withhold any balances held in those accounts pending investigation.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph443 username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must notify ph443 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your account. ph443 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arose from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph443 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawals pending verification completion.

3.4 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your ph443 account, whether or not authorized by you. ph443 is entitled to rely on any instruction or action taken through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have previously notified ph443 of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 3.2 above.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on ph443 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). ph443 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed by the Platform.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

ph443 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. ph443 reserves the right to introduce or discontinue payment method support at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph443 wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment authorization. Deposits via bank transfer may require longer processing times depending on the issuing bank. ph443 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your ph443 account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have successfully completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your selected payment method; (c) any wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds in your account must have been fully satisfied before the corresponding balance is eligible for withdrawal; (d) ph443 may apply additional review periods for withdrawal requests that trigger risk management alerts.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. ph443 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Any remaining balance in a dormant account continues to belong to the account holder and may be reclaimed upon successful re-verification of the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your ph443 account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets you must place using Bonus Funds (or a combination of Bonus and real-money funds, as specified in the Bonus terms) before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance. Not all games on ph443 contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution rates are stated in each Bonus's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph443 employs automated and manual systems to detect Bonus abuse. Actions constituting Bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk; coordinating with other users to exploit Bonus mechanics; and claiming Bonuses under false pretenses. Users found to have engaged in Bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and Bonus winnings forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ph443 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions that may affect your Bonus balance will be communicated via the Platform or your registered email address where practically possible.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph443 — including live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, virtual casino, virtual sports, and golf betting — operate pursuant to individual game rules that are accessible within each game environment. By placing a bet or participating in any game on ph443, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the relevant game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation and Fairness

ph443's RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, virtual casino) use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) handled by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. ph443 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

The principle "pays in error, pays indeed" does not apply to ph443.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph443. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including for game play, betting, or account management;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through your ph443 account;

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph443 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, game losses, or business interruption, even if ph443 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph443's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph443 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, force majeure events, or technical failures may temporarily affect access. ph443 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions and to communicate planned outages in advance.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

ph443 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider; and regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon permanent account closure, ph443 will process the withdrawal of any verified, withdrawable real-money balance to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding security reviews. Bonus Funds in your account at the time of closure for cause will be forfeited.

You may request voluntary closure of your ph443 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending transactions and resolution of any outstanding issues.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph443 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to your registered address and/or prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the ph443 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14.1 Internal Complaints Process

In the event of a dispute between you and ph443, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute through ph443's internal complaints process by contacting customer support with full details of your complaint. ph443 commits to acknowledging complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

14.2 Regulatory Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's established player complaint channels. ph443 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory inquiries and investigations.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any legal proceedings relating to these Terms, subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over licensed gaming operations matters.
